Creating One-of-a-Kind Immersive Experiences Around the Globe

Moment Factory is a world-renowned multimedia studio based in Montreal, specializing in the design and production of immersive, interactive experiences. Since its founding in 2001, the studio has brought to life more than 550 unique projects worldwide—including the Lumina Night Walks, the AURA series, The Messi Experience, and several high-profile productions at The Sphere in Las Vegas.

Key challenges

As part of its ongoing innovation strategy, Moment Factory sought a smart, scalable solution to gather real-time audience feedback across its immersive experiences—helping teams fine-tune future productions.

To meet this goal, they turned to GuestViews, implementing a feedback solution designed to:

  • Deliver custom interfaces in over 15 languages, tailored to the unique features of each site
  • Strengthen audience understanding with a shared data framework across the network, plus customizable content for each experience
  • Introduce gamified instant-win contests to increase participation while rewarding visitors for sharing feedback

Since summer 2021, GuestViews has supported Moment Factory's marketing and audience engagement strategies with each new experience launched.

What we've done

  • A fully personalized, multilingual survey app for each experience, distributed via QR code and email to collect both on-site and post-visit insights.
