A Boutique Full of Parisian Wonders
Located inside Paris City Hall, Paris Rendez-Vous is much more than just a store—it's a celebration of Parisian craftsmanship and creativity. The boutique features a curated selection of locally made products under the "Fabriqué à Paris" label, as well as official City of Paris-branded merchandise. It also serves as a welcoming space for information on city services and cultural events.
Key challenges
To better meet the needs of its visitors and shape its future strategy, the Paris Rendez-Vous team sought a digital tool that could:
- Gain deeper insights into customer profiles, with the goal of increasing loyalty and repeat visits
- Measure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on the boutique experience to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Support the modernization of the store and expansion of the Ville de Paris product line through customer input
What we've done
- An interactive feedback kiosk placed at the counter, allowing sales staff to invite customers to leave comments right after checkout.
- A custom application featuring:
- A prize draw for a chance to win a Paris-themed souvenir
- Open feedback prompts to collect ideas on new products shoppers would love to see
- Ratings for customer service, product appeal, and store atmosphere - Email capture based on interest, offering opt-ins for: newsletter, general promotions, personalized product offers.
