A Cultural Odyssey Across the Mediterranean
The Art Explora Festival is a travelling celebration of art and culture, sailing the Mediterranean through 2026 aboard a unique vessel: a floating museum housed within a custom-designed catamaran. During its first voyage, the festival is stopping in 15 countries to offer free, inclusive cultural experiences to audiences from all walks of life.
A New Kind of Feedback Challenge
To better understand audience perceptions of this pioneering initiative, the Art Explora Foundation partnered with GuestViews to implement a visitor engagement and feedback solution tailored to the festival’s nomadic format.
Our shared goal: to deploy a scalable, multilingual digital feedback system capable of capturing meaningful insights at every stop along the route.
What we've done
- Multi-channel deployment: One outdoor terminal installed dockside, one indoor kiosk aboard the floating museum, and a web app accessible via QR code—designed to maximise visitor feedback.
- Multilingual accessibility: Interface adapted into 10 additional languages to ensure every visitor could share their experience, regardless of location.
- Custom application: Designed to measure visitor satisfaction, cultural preferences, and the festival’s impact on their habits and interest in the arts.
- Elevating visitor voices: Testimonials collected were published on the Foundation’s website, giving real visibility to local perspectives at each stop.
