Alizée Doumerc and Camille Caubriere met in 2012 while working in a prestigious Parisian cultural venue. Very quickly, they realised that the tools used to collect visitor feedback were old-fashioned, unexploitable and time-consuming. As a result, they founded GuestViews at the end of 2013, convinced that the strength of the relationship between a physical place and its visitors can be increased tenfold with digital technology.
From year one, the startup joined the Sciences Po incubator, was selected to join the Réseau Entreprendre Paris and obtained the support of Bpifrance. The founders signed their first client, the Espace culturel Louis Vuitton, and soon after the Louvre.
Five years on GuestViews has 300 customers in seven countries, in various sectors: culture, leisure, tourism, hotels, restaurants, health...
Awarded the prestigious Young Innovative Company label, the company has been selected several times to participate in Vivatech, a leading tech event for startups. It also benefits from the support of the Raise Sherpas Foundation and Webhelp, one of the world's leading customer relations organisations.
The founders now mentor several young entrepreneurs and actively participate as members of the Réseau Entreprendre Paris. They have built a team with varied profiles, and cultivate a truly unique family atmosphere. Just as they help their customers to listen to their visitors, they make it a point of honour to be attentive to their employees' happiness!
